5. The agreementI have read and agree to the Construction Management Agreement. I understand Transparent Maintenance will be the licensed contractor of record for the permitted scope — James Claxton approves the scope, obtains the permit, and supervises the work through inspections — that only properly licensed persons may perform work requiring a license, that the information above is accurate, and that my acceptance here, with the date and time, is my signature.
